The Beat Project is a registered charity providing personal development and creative arts services to professionally support children and young people of all ability and backgrounds but especially those who may be disadvantaged, vulnerable, at risk or in need. We encourage creativity, learning, develop skills and build confidence and self-esteem whilst encouraging a future society where young people can reach their potential, be happy and respect all people and the planet.
What we do
- Run creative & inclusive youth and community development initiatives, projects and courses for everyone but in particular the most vulnerable or in need young people, families and disadvantaged communities in the UK and around the world.
- Promote and celebrate music and arts through inspiring initiatives, campaigns, projects and performances in the UK.
- Improve qualifications and skills, opportunity and aspiration, inequality and disadvantage, health and well-being, self-esteem and confidence.
