Hythe Library - Talk Time - Let’s Talk Dementia

Hythe Town Dementia Forum and Hythe Library are working in partnership to bring local people a drop-in Talk Time group that will support those living with dementia and their fmailies.

Each session will offer useful information, a variety of tailored activities and the opportunity to talk to experts and peers. The group offers a safe environment and welcoming network of people who understand and can help members of the community affected by dementia.

Hythe Town Dementia Forum has already made great progress in bringing the community and local businesses together to work towards Hythe becoming a dementia-friendly town. This work includes organising events, offering free awareness sessions and now the one-stop-shop library group. Exciting headway is being made in Hythe, owing to the passion and enthusiasm of those involved.

Let's Talk Dementia meets at 10:30am - midday at Hythe Library every Tuesday. Sessions are free to attend and refreshments are provided by Hythe Town Dementia Forum.

Non-members welcome.

Please note: Relatives and carers will need to stay throughout with anyone who has care needs.
