Dartford Youth Hub - The Bridge 4 Young People

A friendly safe space for young people 8-19 (up to 25 with additional needs or registered disabled).

We also offer Adolescent Parenting workshops that may help families needing support, tools and strayegies to parent your Teens.

We are open from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday for general enquiries.

Wednesday: 6pm to 8pm (13-19 year old, 25 with special educational needs) Senior session
Wednesday: 6pm to 8pm Outreach in the community - Currently providing a detached provision at Tree Estate
Thursday: 6pm to 8pm (13-19 year old, 25 with special educational needs) Senior session
Thursday:6pm to 8pm Outreach in the community - Currently providing a detached provision at Broomfield park Swanscombe
Third Friday of every Month: 11am to 12:30pm Adolescent Parenting Workshops (enrollment required)
