Promoting Employment support :
A programme providing workshops & field trips to enhance social skills, confidence and gain knowledge to progress on a pathway to future paid employment.

CV writing, Interview techniques and Accessing work experience
Individual support :
Through recognising and being responsive to individual needs with a flexible and specific approach in supporting individuals to meet identified outcomes with in their care and support plan whilst enabling safe access to meaningful activities. We also offer 1:1 horse/animal therapy!
