Harwood House is a supported service for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge. Harwood House would be suitable for anyone moving from residential care or their family home who needs a transition before moving in to more independent living environments.
Our aim is to decrease 1:1 support hours as skills are further developed and greater independence is gained where possible. Support is structured to ensure that the individual has the opportunity to access a full range of activities within the community including where possible employment opportunities and access to local colleges.
